Meet Kyrsten

Kyrsten is a Master Cosmetologist, Licensed Educator, and texture expert with more than 20 years of experience behind the chair. She specializes in curly cutting and has extensive experience working across all hair types and curl patterns, with a focus on finding solutions that work for each guest’s individual texture, lifestyle, and goals.

Her expertise extends from curly and precision cutting—including razor cuts, pixies, bobs, and long layers—to dimensional color, balayage, gray blending, extensions, and smoothing services. With nearly two decades of experience in keratin and smoothing treatments, Kyrsten understands how to customize these services to reduce frizz, improve manageability, enhance or loosen curl patterns, and help guests transition from relaxers while embracing their natural texture.

Education has been an important part of Kyrsten’s career. She has trained and been certified with brands including Mizani, Aveda, L’Oréal, Davines, Wella, Redken, R+Co, L’ANZA, Bellami, Keratin Complex, Cezanne, and more. As a Licensed Educator herself, she brings a deep understanding of the science and technique behind working with texture.
