CANCELLATION & NO-SHOW POLICY
We know life happens! If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give at least 48 hours' notice so we can offer that time to other clients.

Less than 48 hours' notice: 50% of the service total

Same-day cancellations, no-shows, or arriving more than 15 minutes late: 100% of the service total

Reschedules are not allowed within 48 hours; same fees apply

7-Day Color/Haircut Adjustments
If something isn't quite right with your color or haircut, we are happy to make adjustments within 7 days of your appointment. This is for corrections only - not for changing your mind.

These charges are not deposits- full payment is required for the new service. Please notify us by phone, text, or email if you need to make changes.
