CANCELLATION & NO-SHOW POLICY

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give at least 48 hours' notice so we can offer that time to other clients.

  • Less than 48 hours' notice: 50% of the service total

  • Same-day cancellations, no-shows, or arriving more than 15 minutes late: 100% of the service total

  • Reschedules are not allowed within 48 hours; same fees apply

Deposits
All appointments require a deposit to reserve your time. Deposits are non-refundable, but may be applied to a future appointment if you reschedule outside of the 48-hour cancellation window.

7-Day Color/Haircut Adjustments

If something isn't quite right with your color or haircut, we are happy to make adjustments within 7 days of your appointment. This is for corrections only - not for changing your mind.
