CANCELLATION
POLICY

Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Our appointments are confirmed a week in advance via automated emails and texts, and a personal follow up message if needed. We know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked months ago. Since the services are reserved for you personally, a cancellation fee will apply.

• Less than 48 hour notice will result in a charge of 50% of your service total. If you have an
  appointment on a Tuesday, you will need to notify the front desk via Message, 

​

• Less than 24 hours notice will result in a charge of 100% of your service total.

​

• We do not allow rescheduled appointments within 48 hours, and the same cancellation policy charges apply. These charges are NOT a deposit for the rescheduled appointment. You will pay the full amount of the service at the time of the rescheduled appointment.

• “NO SHOWS” will be charged 100% of the booked service ( Same day cancellations and 15 minute late appointments are considered a NO SHOW)”
